I began my doula journey in 2000. After the amazing support during the birth of my second child in 1995, I knew I had found my calling.

Since that time, I have supported an abundance of families throughout their pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

I specialize in providing personalized care to help families have a positive and empowering experience, whether birthing in a hospital setting, birth center, or the comfort of their home. 

 

With over two decades of birth and postpartum experience, I am committed to providing compassionate birth and postpartum support services, ensuring that every mother and their partner feels supported and heard throughout their journey.
